“Loved the quality and ease of installation. One blind of 6 ordered of the SAME size was too short and we had to do a lot of unnecessary measurements and photos to get it replaced-was not happy about the process even though was told it was "just protocol ". Perhaps the protocol needs to be adjusted to a little common sense.”

“The blinds are great and the fit was perfect. The only problem we had was the shipping. They were shipping in flimsy boxes which left the top of the blind dented. We were able to bend it back into shape. So the product itself was great.”
