“Exactly what we wanted for a fraction of the cost compared to our local big chain stores. Excellent quality, with great customer service and although it was custom made, it delivered quicker than expected. Our new build came with blinds and only needed blinds for the patio doors that lead to the backyard in two bedrooms. Loved that I could chat with an actual live person and they answered all my questions and kept me informed throughout the whole process. Highly recommend Blindster.com!”

“Worth every penny spent. Website measurement instructions were easy to follow and ultimate product is definitely based on how well CUSTOMER takes those measurements. Both website and call-in support were each quick responses or answers from representatives. Company followed up with verification of sizes prior to factory manufacture. Each item packed in bubblewrap with needed brackets, screws, and fasteners and shipped in cardboard containers to mitigate damage/scratches (NONE noted!) Installation (adjustablee) brackets, screws, and anchors were packed with each blind. Fit and workmanship to perfection; each of my seven blinds are manufactured in the same way as if I had purchased one blind. I hadn't put up blinds in years and for my chosen sizes ordered, I still put them up alone (Tricky-trick: Mount Valance on blind first/attach wand/ slide item into pre-measured/mounted window brackets/test/done). Carrier gears are solid products and panels open and close fully without issue. Product does exactly what they are meant to do. Wands (plastic) and Valance clips are solid products and manufactured to be beat up by pre-teens. Vanes and lift cords are equally built heavy to take a beating while looking stylish. Great experience and purchase IMHO. If you have a measuring tape with 8ths/16ths/1/2's, YOU can measure your OWN blind space without a middleman.”
