“I am thrilled with my new blinds. They are a major upgrade to my home. It was exactly two weeks from the time I placed the order until the blinds were delivered. There was a shipping mishap with one of the blinds, but Blindster sent me a replacement very quickly. I will be ordering again, and soon.”

“I ordered blinds for three windows. The sizing was perfect and they look great. The valances could have been a little longer as they don't completely cover the mounted frame by about 1/8". The pricing was good. The only slight issue is the blinds don't seem to completely close flat on top of the slats above and below. Not that you can see in but I wouldn't like it in a bedroom. But in the dining room, its fine.”

“We have previously order blinds from Blindster's before and the service and the blinds were wonderful, even recommended them to quite a few people and someone on Facebook also. We ordered the rest one the ones we needed and was supposed to be like the other ones we had. They were the twist open kind instead of the draw string. Called customer service and they refunded 50% of the cost back to us for the mess up!! Now that's what I consider an excellent company. I will continue to refer blindster's to anyone I know that needs blinds. Thanks for the great service!”

“Easy to install...2 screws for each bracket left and right, then open the bracket latches and just slide the blind in like a cassette at each end. Not the lowest cost solution but wanted to keep the same style throughout the house.”

“This was my third order with this company and they never disappoint. Blinds are gorgeous, price is excellent and customer service is outstanding. We had small issue with the valances and Julie took care of it, and kept me informed all the way through until issue had been completely resolved. “The blinds were very good, easy to install and operate. They fit perfect on all the windows. The magnet balance were unsatisfactory. Most of the balance were crack and the magnet were no longer attached.”

“We loved the blinds we got for our new home but we're disappointed nearly half of them were damaged in transit. Why the 5 stars? I cannot knock a single star off this review because the customer service is so good. They were quick to respond with simple instructions with what I was to do next to get my replacements. Same day I inquired about getting replacements. Within hours they were already sending my order for replacement blinds to production. This is my second time ordering blinds from blindster and If I ever need blinds again...(terminator voice) I'll be back!”
