“I searched with other competitors and by far they offer the best price even with competitor's discounts. When they arrived, the install was very easy. It took me about 1 hour or less to install 7 blinds around the house. The magnetized Valance was also great and super easy to put. I will more than likely buy a few more from this site. Thank you.”

“The blinds are nice to look at, but: A-they both have the twizzle stick on the same side, I thought I was ordering one with a left hand stick, and the other with a right hand stick- I have "made do" with that they both are on the left side. B-the draw string on one of them jams and is difficult to engage either up or down. Again I have made do. Returning would be a pain and time-consuming. not worth it.”

Hi Sue, We have sent you an email regarding the wand issue and lift so that we can get you taken care of since we don't see that you called or emailed in directly. Resolving is very simple and usually the lift can be easily fixed with troubleshooting and the tilt wand being in the wrong location will just need images so that we can forward to our production. We want to ensure you are satisfied. I am very sorry for the inconvenience.
