“I absolutely love my new blinds and also Blindster's Customer Service!! I originally purchased one as a "test" to replace the old miniblinds that came with our house. The blinds were beautiful, but I had a problem with the valance. My blinds are attached inside the window well, but due to the depth of mine, the valance was about 1/2" outside the well which left a gap which I did not like. When I spoke with Customer Service to see if there was a way to fix this since I wanted to order more blinds, but didn't want that gap with my new order. I was told to place my next order (which was for 6 windows of various widths), then call Customer Service with that order # so the valances could be adjusted. Amanda helped me accomplish that. We decided to make the valances 1" wider than my measurement and put a "return" at each end which is typically done for their outside mounted blinds. Not only did I receive my new blinds with those valances, but Blindster also sent me a new valance for my first order so I no longer have that gap. I couldn't be happier with the beauty of my blinds and with the fantastic customer service I received. Thank you, Amanda and Blindster!!”
