“This was the first time I've installed blinds myself. I procrastinated for about 3 months before installing (hey, don't judge me...). It was way easier than I expected... probably installed each set of blinds in less than 10 minutes. Now here's the kicker... and why I dug thru my emails to find the old request for review.... I was breaking down my boxes for trash/recycle day, and I didn't realize I forgot the cover to the blind headers (they're long pieces of wood with magnets to stick to the top frame). I completely stomped one in half before I realized my huge mistake.... doh I wrote a quick email on the weekend asking how I could purchase a replacement part, explaining that it was completely my fault. By Monday, I had an email informing me that the part had been shipped... no questions asked or request for payment. You guys are the best!”
