“34 3/8 received instead of 34 5/8 width. I have to jump through hoops to get assurance that the next I order will be the right size. I didn't ask for a refund or replacement. I ordered for a spare room and was happy with the quality - I don't want anything except assurance that I know how to measure and I will get the right size if I order for an area that does matter.”

The factory does take a 1/2" width deduction from the ordered size on inside mount blinds to allow space for the mounting hardware. I apologize for the confusion, but we would be happy to remake them for you at 34 3/8" under our fit-or-free guarantee. You would only pay $15 shipping per blind. Please let me know if I can assist you further.

“I've used Blindster twice now ordering 2" wood blinds. The order was perfect each time. The blinds are very good quality, maybe better than the ones I replaced after 20 years. I would use Blindster again. Their web site is very easy to use.”

“I've ordered and installed at my home two-inch wood blinds with both twist-wands and pull-strings. All work quite well; were accurately measured, cut and prepared;and timely shipped. I intend to buy and install more for additional windows, and all will be purchased online from Blindster.com.”

“These blinds were very easy to install and look great! The only reason I'm not giving them 5 stars is because the quality of wood seems cheap, I was expecting a little heavier wood for being real wood blinds.”
