“The wood blinds blend in and match perfectly my office's antique woodwork. The fit exactly and they customized the returns on the magnetic valances so they look like I spent a fortune on carpentry. I couldn't be happier. These are about the fifth time I've used Blindster and can't imagine ever using anyone else in the future.”

“Out of the 8 sets of blinds I've ordered from Blindster, 2 have come correctly made where the blinds sit centered in the window frame. The other 5 are biased toward the side that the lift cord hangs over the rod at the top. They also changed from a nice looking wood tilt wand to a cheap clear plastic wand. Nicest people on the planet to work with when there is a problem, but after 8 sets in 4 orders, it's just not worth the hassle and frustration getting custom blinds that (when lifting) drag the window frame on one side and have a large gap on the other side.”

I'm sorry your blinds don't fit as expected. It sounds like they are too small for the window opening. I will call you to get this resolved.
