“We are on our third order to finish filling our home with Blindster wood blinds. We love them. They are so easy to install. They look great, and they are so reasonably priced. I called Customer Service when we initially ordered for some advice and they were so helpful, AND they proactively followed up with me! Highly recommend.”

“I received all my blinds which were nice. One huge problem the valance for the larger blind did not fit across the head rail it was too short. I was in touch with their customer service dept and they wanted pictures showing the problem. I did and they were not satisfied with the pictures, they said it correct. I asked them why is the head rail showing at the end of the blind. They said that the valance was correct. Tell me am I missing something here doesn't a valance suppose to fit across the whole head rail I asked them why did my other blinds the valance went across. Again, gave me some excuse. They gave me so much trouble and I was so up set I gave in and had to pay for a remake of the valance for their mistake. I will never purchase anything from this company again. Their customer service dept is difficult to work with, they will give you all excuses that its not their fault. I wish I could attach a picture to show all how its short. Beware! DG”

I'm sorry you are having a problem with your valances. The valances for an inside mount blind should be made 1/8 inch less than the ordered width. After looking at the photos, it looks like the valances were made to the correct size per the factory specifications. However, sometimes the problem is that the top of the window is wider than the middle or bottom. If you ordered the blind with the smallest width measurement (window opening at the top, middle & bottom of the window) and the top of the window is wider, the valance will be too short. I see that Sandra ordered your new valances already but charged you for the new valance. I have issued a credit for the charges processed. You should see the credit on your credit card statement within the next day or two. Please let me know if you have any other concerns.

“We did not preorder a sample so we were taking a chance on the stain/color. We were not disappointed. the blinds came in and were exactly what we were expecting based on the online photos and the fit was perfect. We ordered inside mounts for the windows and an outside mount for a door and everything fit perfectly. We love the warm look of stained wood blinds as we replaced wood blinds that were a cream color. The room has a much warmer, richer look and feel.”

“This was an excellent experience from beginning to end. I knew what style I wanted and it was so easy to find. The instructions were clear, the order form was simple and the product is beautiful.Installation took all of 25 minutes. It took fifteen minutes to measure and order.
