“All I can say is WOW...these blinds are easy to install and look awesome in our Kitchen. We have been looking for something like these for several years that are budget friendly and look good. Most times you get what you pay for but in this case, my wife and I feel we got a lot more for our $. For a custom made item, we received both our wood blinds and roller blinds in an incredibly short time.”

“Ordered three blinds. Upon delivery the 58" wide blind was damaged, the bottom rail was broken in two pieces. Although Blindster tried to blame FedEX, it was not their fault because I was appalled at the fact that there was NO protective packing inside the box. The blinds were just laid inside the box with no packing! When I received the replacement blind, they still didn't put packing in, the bottom rail had scratches and the hardware was free to fly around the box! If they think so little of their product that they refuse to protect it then this is a company I would not do business with again!”

I'm sorry you had so many problems with ship damage. I have notified the factory that the packaging was not sufficient on either order. This factory is one of our largest and this is not the way they normally package their blinds. We are sending you a new blind. Thank you for letting us know about this issue.
