“My wife and I originally ordered bamboo blinds after ordering the samples. It turns out that they just didn't look good (the product was good but they looked different than expected up). I contacted Blindster and customer service was polite and responsive. They refunded our order and we went with the 2" premium wood blinds - they look and work great. Very high quality and fit perfectly. We are very appreciative of their generous return policy and will be using them once we purchase blinds for our basement. Highly recommended!”
