“When I installed these blinds in our house, they transformed the rooms. They truly make the room look elegant. I also like how you can control the light with them. They darken the room enough to make it comfortable to sleep. However, our slats broke almost a week after installing them, when a guest pulled them up. Upon examination, the slats are kind of thin ... I think they will last if we are very careful with them and we warn our guests to treat them delicately. It was a bit hard to install them since the screws are so close to the wall edgese -- but I was just using a drill and a screwdriver. Perhaps with more 'advanced' equipment, they would be easier to install. They are beautiful and I really like them -- but I think they are probably more fragile than the more expensive products out there.”

“I am totally satisfied with the blinds I received. Everything was there including the support brackets. I didn't realize that at first and went to Home Depot to buy them. Luckily they didn't have the correct size, then I found them in one of the boxes. Hoorah!”

“I ordered and installed 3 for my new house. The mahogany was darker than I thought it would be but it looks good in the room. I had to use shorter screws than supplied because of how my window frames are constructed but I used drywall anchors so hopefully they will stay put. I Only received one tilt wand for my double blind in the original shipment but when I called they sent the second one right out. Overall happy with the purchase.”
