“So I ordered this (1) blind on 2-4-25. Received on 2-28-25. So it FINALLY ARRIVED and the valance isn’t long enough and the wand doesn’t match!!! So I start chatting with Customer Service and was told to take pictures. To make a long story short. My husband measured wrong so I went on to correct it. Now. I’m being told they will charge me $15 for a new valance. If they would have done their job right the first time we wouldn’t be having this conversation. Very disappointed customer service!!!”

“Shipping was quick. Packed very well. Quality of build was quite good. Install we very easy and straight forward. I plan on buying a few more in white.”

“Blinds were great, Instructions were terrible. The little folder should have larger pictures and it should include specific directions for the valance. I am not a handyman - I am an old lady and two friends helped me. We all agreed a much better video would be a value. After we figured out the first one the second was much easier.”
