“I have been a repeat customer for a few years and always recommended Blindster when asked for a good place. This last order was very disappointing Some parts have scuffs and black marks that DO NOT WASH OFF which has never happened on past orders. Some blinds were cut WAY OFF and not the measurements they should have been AGAIN THIS HAS NEVER HAPPENED IN THE PAST. I was a repeat customer cause the quality, time and fitting were hands down the best I have ever experienced. This last experience has me searching for new options for future homes if this is the new product they are producing. I gave it a 2 star cause some blinds are perfect and the fitting is spot on but a few blinds were not up to the same quality.”
