“Great product, but the customer service was beyond exceptional! Kim looked over my order to make sure everything was accurate and found a possible error before sending it to production. Sure enough, I had ordered a product that was different than what I wanted. She allowed me to fix it and honored the sale price that had already expired. Great product and great company!”

“Bought the super value cordless blinds. Kept my expectations low being that they were a really good price and so often you get what you pay for .... Wow, was I surprised! They are not thin and flimsy as I'd expected. They were easy to install and it's so nice to raise and lower without a cord! Customer service was very helpful in delaying my order since I would not be there to receive it.”
