“This is the second rental house that I have done using Blindster. They make a big difference in the rentability of the property. Only problem was that one of the rubber "keepers" that hold the actuation rod in both sides of the blind had fallen off and took a minute or so to figure out how the blind went back together. “I have ordered from them multiple times. In the past the size and quality were great. I'm not sure if they went with a new supplier or what, but my last order was not the correct measurements. Dealt with customer service forever to prove they are wrong. They send me replacement ones and I hang them and the open and close cords don't work. I was able to fix it on my own. They did tell me to donate the incorrect ones to charity which I applaud.”
