“I purchased three sets of blinds. Two were fine. One is only able to close fully in the down position. It should be able to close either in the down or the up position. The blinds will not fully close in the up position due to poor construction/assembly.”

Hello Kevin, I am sorry the blinds arrived with a defective tilt. Some times in shipping the tilt gets knocked around and needs to be re-positioned. We will email you some troubleshooting and if that does not work we will remake the blind for you.
