“these blinds look good and stand up to humidity. I've used them long-term, and movement mechanisms hold up well. Also, even in high humidity area, they do not bend or sag with time. The only slight negative is the cover for the header is a little cheap looking, but only when looking closely. Good quality for the cost.”

“I was thoroughly impressed with the quality of these blinds. The nice valence was an added bonus, I had not noticed it when shopping. It was a little difficult to install. The blinds went right up in where the old ones were, I only had to move one of the sets of brackets.”

“I recently ordered nine blinds of various sizes from you for a four-season sun room. I wanted to make sure they looked good and worked well before ordering more for the rest of the house. They were fine so, a[couple of weeks ago, i ordered another seven blinds and a day later order one more. ( I decided after the second order to also get a blind for my kitchen window over the sink,) The seven blinds arrived yesterday and I installed them. Unfortunately, one does not work properly The cord for tilting the blind does not allow the slats to turn all the way on the side closest to the window. And, as I pull the cord, the left side of the blind rises about an inch, making the entire blind lopsided. Also, when the blind is closed in the other direction, the slats close completely but again go up on the left side. I tried rewinding the cord on the pulley but that didn't help much. . I do not intend to send the blind back for several reasons. First, I had to cut the shipping cartons apart to get the blinds out because removing the staples was virtually impossible. So, I would have to go to a shipping store to buy a carton to ship the blind back. Second, the cost of shipping would be around $15. That plus the time involved makes it not worth the trouble. And, I would be without a blind in one window while I wait for a replacement to arrive. Blind dimensions are 33-1/4 W by 69-1/2 L. Order numbers 989454 and 978778.
