“Very unhappy with the purchase, the blinds were shipped in the wrong size from what was ordered and the valance had no side panels, even inexpensive blinds from Lowes had side valance panels. I have sent a note saying the size was incorrect and they are boxed to ship back. Not happy!”

“Excellent Product and even better customer service. I ordered the wrong size, and Blindster sent me a new one for a low fee, and asked me to donate the other one to a local charity. Very Impressed highly recommend.!”

“They were delivered on-time and exactly correct in size. I used their recommendations for measuring and they are perfect. I only had a little trouble getting the cord to work - it was really tight and it took several attempts to get it to release the blinds to lower them. Other than that, I am super happy with everything!”
