“I ordered 2 blinds for two identical window dimensions. I couldn't find these in a store due to the dimensions. I received 2 blinds of uneven length. I guess that I measured the length wrong and needed another 2 inches on the long one, but didn't understand why they weren't even. I emailed Blindster because of the fit or free and 60 day satisfaction guarantee. According to them the manufacturer was at fault, but they did send me a blind that is equal in length to my other one. Now I have two windows with blinds that don't completely cover the opening. Don't believe the fit or free guarantee. I will have to buy correctly cut blinds from someone else and not a company on the internet.”

“Bought 6 blinds only have have two complaints. 1- Valance's are cut a little to short for inside mount. 2- My biggest blind will not open or close using pull string. I haven't contacted Blindster about it yet. Overall very happy and will be using them again....”

I'm sorry you are having a problem with your blinds. The valances for an inside mount blind should be made 1/8 inch less than the ordered width. If you valance was made to the incorrect size we will send new valances right away. However, sometimes the problem is that the top of the window is wider than the middle or bottom. If you ordered the blind with the smallest width measurement (window opening at the top, middle & bottom of the window) and the top of the window is wider, the valance will be too short. Either way, we will be happy to get you new valances. I will contact you directly to get the sizes required. I am also send you a new cord tilter to fix the larger blind.
