The ordering process, tools, installation and cut to order part of the process was absolutely wonderful. They are quality blinds, easily installed, and enhance the room they were installed in. The only criticism I could have is that I wish the differences between the Super Value Faux and Faux were a little more obvious. I wish when ordering it had been much, much more obvious that the Super Value didn't have wood grain in their appearance. That was a bit disappointing, but not enough to change the order. The other item is that a couple of the blinds are harder to get to set when raising them. The small pin that should lock the strings in place on the two large sets we ordered don't want to cooperate. But considering we only raise them to clean the windows, it wasn't worth the trouble of taking them back down, repacking, and shipping back. We really are overall very satisfied and believe they are worth every penny... and more.

This is my second time using blindster. As I indicated I worked for another blind mfg in my youth so I know this stuff. I love the fact that you just put in the size and it cuts them down for you. On my first order I put in the cut myself because but that was my error. Force of habit. BEST VALUE YOU WILL FIND. LOVE LOVE LOVE.

the blinds are ok ,but arrived damaged the top rail was bent at corners no big deal to bend back but should not happen

I'm sorry you had damage during shipping. The factories are constantly monitoring and testing their packaging to keep ship damage to a minimum. Ship damage is definitely one of the biggest challenges with selling window coverings. Window blinds are both heavy and oddly sized. I will contact you directly to see if you want us to remake the blind. Thank you for your understanding.

Blinds look good. Everything is as advertised. Took week and a half to receive. Shipped in two days......... But that's from the plant to the shipping hub. Got a tracking number at that time but it sat there another 4 days. Then shipped 2-3 days to me. Not end of the world but longer than expected.

I'm sorry these blinds took longer than expected to arrive. This product is manufactured in 1 to 2 business days in California. The blinds do actually start moving as soon as the shipping number is put on the box. To reduce ship damage on shipments that are going east of Houston,Texas, this factory actually puts the FedEx shipping label on the box at the factory in California but then loads them onto a company truck that takes them to the FedEx shipping hub in Houston, Texas. I realize that it looks like the package is sitting but it is moving, just not in the FedEx system. Thank you so much for your understanding.

I was very pleased with the product quality, and plan to replace more blinds as I have time to do it. I am fixing up this old house to sell and doing the work myself, as I can.
