“The blinds were ultimately just what I wanted. The reason for 3 stars is two of the three blinds I ordered were broken. Perhaps it was during shipping but maybe not. The other disappointing aspect was the length of delivery. It seemed to take a long time between when I ordered and when I received the blinds. I will give credit for good customer service and quick turnaround on replacement blinds. I would still give Blindster another chance.”

“The quality and affordability of the 2" Super Value Cordless Faux Wood Blinds we purchased for our home are great. The installation was quick and easy. The blinds look great, and work as expected. One of the 19 blinds we ordered was damaged upon delivery, however customer service was very easy to work with and they rectified the issue in a timely manner. The primary reasons for 4 rather than 5 stars is that although the product was labeled the same, there were some differences: (1) Instructions for installation were not included in all of the boxes delivered. (2) We received two different installation manuals among the ones we did receive (3) The parts included were not always the same for each blind. Although they were functionally equivalent, there were different clips for the valences and covers for the sides of the valence. In addition, some blinds came with a middle bracket and some did not, even when the blinds were of equivalent size. (4) Lastly, the rod to adjust the angle of the slats for 2 of the 19 blinds that came rotate the opposite way of all the other blinds. Overall, great product for the price, but there were some inconsistencies in the parts and rod rotation (of the slats).”

“The blinds arrived fairly quickly and are good quality. Once I realized I need a hex attachment for the screws it went well. The directions to say they are hex screws!”
