“I placed my order using exact measurement, both width and length. What I received was the correct width but incorrect length. The installation sheet had instructions of how I could adjust the length. #1 - I supplied exact length #2 - The instructions said I could adjust by as many as 10 slats however at least 10 slats were already tucked into the blind base. Never Again.”

“Do not like there is no pull cord to raise and lower blind. Design makes it difficult to open and close blinds with Valance installed.”

Hi Joe, thank you so much for your review! These are our 2" Deluxe Cordless Faux Wood blinds, so there will not be any cords. “Website said 7-10 days for delivery and 12+ days went by before the product was even shipped. As a landlord of many properties, I have to give my tenants timelines and found I cannot rely on Blindster. It's too bad too because the blinds are awesome, but I wont be doing business with a company I cannot rely on.”

Hello Randy, thank you for your review and I am happy to hear that you like the blinds! I did want to clarify the time line on this product in case you were willing to give us another try. Our current production time for this custom product is 8 - 10 business days (Monday - Friday) after that shipping can range between 2-5 days, just depending on the receiver's ship to address. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a delivery date, but we do give our best estimate and send out a shipping confirmation with tracking information on it for our customers in order to follow the package movement from the carrier. Hello Bradford, I am so sorry to hear that the hold down brackets were missing from your order. I have submitted that part request so that we can get those sent out to you immediately. Regarding production times, this custom product does have a production time frame between 6 - 8 business days and shipping is another 3 - 5 business days.
