“We ordered a thousand dollars worth of these blinds & are overall pleased in their look and function. One thing that is a weakness in design is the flimsy and plastic tilt wand. There are no pull cords on this model, so the tilt wand is the only way to adjust angle of blind slats. One of the tilt wands was broken at delivery and I'm hoping we won't have any further issues. Another issue is that when the larger blinds are raised, they seem to droop down on both sides.”

“We ordered 8 blinds and so far we love them! We are using them in an unconventional way -- an outdoor screened porch -- and they are meeting the purpose we had for them. The blinds are primarily kept lowered and only twisted to redirect the sun. Customer service was outstanding -- called to double check our measurements. Order arrived quickly and with no damage to product. We would definitely order again! If in doubt, order now.”

“OK for the price the adjusting stick was warped on a couple of them trim on the valence was a bit rough. Packaging not the best but no damage”
