“I bought this and the deluxe faux wood blind. I used this for spaces I didn't care for as much of a designer look as this blind is completely smooth whereas deluxe has some texture. I am glad I did that as this blind is functional, but not as nice looking. Yet overall in terms of quality product and ease of use it is perfectly good and a great price.”

“When we received the blinds and installed them we found that one of the blinds would not function to open and close with the stick that is supposed to open and close it. The fit was perfect but the one feature was damaged in one of the blinds. We contacted the company and they had an easy process to send a video and immediately fast-tracked production of a new one. We just received it yesterday and will install soon.”

“I received the blinds in the time promised. I was listing this unit for sale. When I received a factory defect on the blind that is vert noticeable I called and was told you would replace it. Then I was told my replacement would be put at the back of the line due to Covid! It should have been put at the front of the line. I'm in the service business and this is not the way to satisfy a customer. What do you think?”

“We are extremely happy with our new blinds from Blindster.com. Their steps for measurement were easy to follow and the final result we received is perfect for our windows. The option to label the blind for each room was great to double check our measurements and each blind was labeled correctly when they arrived. Happily, our blinds arrived a week earlier than promised. Installation was easy as well. The cordless feature is easy to push up or pull down. Overall, very happy and would order again if we needed more blinds in the future.”
