“The blinds are well constructed and were very easy to install. The customer service was great as I did have to make use of the fit or free guarantee due to my transposing two numbers during the ordering process. The only reason I deducted a star is that I ordered Faux Wood blinds and thus expected the slats to have simulated wood texturing. Otherwise, why do they call them faux WOOD? From a performance standpoint though, smoother surfaces collect less dust and are easier to clean.”
