“Blindster is an amazing company and really takes care of their customers. My blinds were damaged and I wrote a review I did not even get to call them before they contacted me to fix the issue! “Blinds were very inexpensive, measurements were perfect, installation was simple. Out of 4 sets of blinds, one set was missing a tiny plastic clip for the wand. I emailed the support team and with no questions asked, they mailed a new wand to me, which arrived very quickly and allowed me the full use of my blinds. Sure it would have been nicer to not have the hiccup in the first place, but I don't believe they should be judged based on an oversight but rather the good job they did making it right.”
