“I thought I was ordering a blind for an overhead skylight. I received a blind for a vertical window. Either I misunderstood the product after searching for roller blinds for skylights or Blindster simply didn't deliver what I wanted. This could be easier to navigate on the website. Most people order blinds for vertical windows, so this shouldn't be a problem for most. I was able to modify the blind so it is working well. The blind itself seems well made with quality materials. The price was reasonable, but not low. Shipping was extremely slow. The package did not move for for 6 days after being ready for pickup and then it was on the slow truck. I would buy from Blindster again, but I would also look carefully at the competition.”

“The blind delivery was long supposedly because it had to go through customs coming from Mexico. The installation went smoothly except for a problem with the tensioner that would not release the chain. Customer service rep was very nice and helpful with instructions but the problem was that they sent the wrong replacement part for my particular blind (it's 8 ft wide and almost as long). Now I'm again waiting for another replacement clutch that hopefully will fit. But even after all this I think my problem was unusual and I'm still very impressed with the product and would recommend.”
