“These blinds are beautiful but totally sheer. Like see details of a persons face sheer. Unfortunately I was just told by customer service that these blinds are not part of the "Satisfaction Guarantee" and so I'll have to repurchase if I don't want the neighbors looking in.”

“We ordered three blinds in Plymouth Oak with a privacy liner. We loved all three and they fit perfectly. My one and only complaint is the ridiculous amount of time we had to wait to receive them. We ordered them at the beginning of September and did not receive them until October 23rd. I understand the pandemic impacting shipping but no other company we have worked with during this time was delayed this much. They really need to improve their shipping.”
