“Your product is excellent, this is the second time I have ordered from you, first were insulted shades for my granddaughters room, and the insulting is wonderful. Second order was my wonderful bamboo shades, I love things of the earth, they are so rustic, and they are also insulted, the construction on both orders is top notch...I have an 1890's farm cottage, and the windows are very large and expense to cover but your prices with the discounts help someone like me to finish a room. Will always order from you, have 3 more rooms to go. Thank you Robin”

“These blinds are absolutely what I wanted; HOWEVER there is a manufacturing issue with 1 blind. All of the other 9 I'm very happy with. I'm familiar with bamboo being a natural fiber, and the natural fiber is fine, it's how the blind is made that is the problem. It's a shame that the manufacturer wants to argue over 1 blind, especially since my purchase was over $1000 and all I want is it to be fixed. Blinds are great, customer service not.”
