“I wasn't happy with the blinds. They looked nothing like the picture. The weave was a tighter smaller weave. I wish I would of ordered a sample first. Next time I will.”

“Sales rep' was EXCELLENT! Plus, was an Astros fan and being a native Houstonian, made the experience even more special. She lent well to a five-star experience. The only reason I ranked quality with 4 stars instead of five is because one of my blinds has a detached strap on the back (one of the ties came loose from the string attached to the blind) and as a result doesn't fold like the other three blinds. I have to adjust it by hand to have it come close. Otherwise, they're fine.”

“Your product is excellent, this is the second time I have ordered from you, first were insulted shades for my granddaughters room, and the insulting is wonderful. Second order was my wonderful bamboo shades, I love things of the earth, they are so rustic, and they are also insulted, the construction on both orders is top notch...I have an 1890's farm cottage, and the windows are very large and expense to cover but your prices with the discounts help someone like me to finish a room. Will always order from you, have 3 more rooms to go. Thank you Robin”
