“Blindster is excellent! The quality is tops, install is straightforward and the pricing is fair. Their guarantee to replace a mis-measured blind is spot on. I made a mistake and they replaced the blind with the correct size for free. I only had to pay shipping. Again, great company.”

“I have hesitated to order bamboo shades since we built our new beach house 4 years ago. I finally decided to trust Blindster to follow through with the. I am not disappointed, except I wish I had done it earlier. The blinds are beautiful, so easy to install and are exactly the look and ambience I had envisioned for my living room and bedroom. The quality is excellent. The room darkening filter is just right. I made a mistake on measurement of one window and contacted Blindster. No problem, the employee assured they could send another, I just had to pay for shipping, and rightfully so, I made the mistake. This will be my go-to company for any window treatments in the future! Great price, quick delivery!”

“We ordered 3 of these blinds with privacy liner. Installed easily without any issue. One of the blinds cords were not quite even so when it was pulled all the way up it was not straight. I contacted customer support and after sending them pictures of the issue they promptly told me how to resolve the problem. We also noticed that the front valance flap was slightly crooked. But this was due to the nature of the natural material. All we had to do was slightly tug on the valance to stretch it out so it hung straight. I love the minimalist look it provides our windows during the day but gives us the privacy we desire at night.”
