“I found that every one of them needed to have the tension adjusted. They would not roll up at all with out doing that. At first I tried the direction about rolloing them up and down by hand. I had large ceiling to floor sliders to cover and they were 96" long. It was no easy task. Them we figured out how to do it with a plier on the end of the blind and they worked much better. I think they could have been made to work in the first place and it would have bben a much easier installation.”

“I recently moved into a house with crazy huge windows everywhere. I was thrilled with all the sunlight but soon realized I would need A LOT of window coverings. When I heard about Blindster's amazing guarentees, I took the leap. I have been so HAPPY with how easy it was to get free samples and how simple, in general, the whole process is with them. I ordered bamboo type shades and fabric roman shades so far to cover eight huge windows in different rooms and I plan to continue to order more soon. The quality is excellent and my husband had no trouble mounting anything. If you follow their measurement and hanging instructions, the whole thing is mistake proof. I made a huge mistake (not Blindster's fault) in one of my rooms, and true to Blindster's advertising, they were easy and quick to communicate with and correct my mistake. AMAZING! They are one of the nicest companies I have ever come across in my 54 years of living. In my lifetime, I have seen customer service truly go down the drain to the point where I do not want to do business with any company that can't do the right thing anymore. I swear, Blindster has exceeded my expectations to the point where I think MBA programs should study them as an example of inspiring customer loyalty and retention.”

“I've bought from blindster on three different occasions, been happy every time. Perfect size, perfect fit. I'll never buy from a big box store again. To you potential customers; do not pay full price, they run specials often. Wait for a good one. Other than that you are in great hands.”
