“My blinds arrived earlier than I expected (without advance notice, which showed up in my email a week later), but all seven items ordered arrived in one shipment and all hardware was intact. The blinds installed fairly easily even for a newbie, with the top-down blinds being the hardest due to the tube construction at the top. If I had had prior experience with blinds I would have not ordered top-down blinds for this reason, as my windows are not super tall so I could have gotten by without that feature and the headache associated with the installation of. They were all constructed as ordered, seem to be of top quality and they look fabulous. Most were just a bit longer than measured (which is fine, as they aren't TOO long to be concerned) but one of the seven was JUST long enough to hang right AT the bottom window casement when opened fully. All in all, I'm happy with my purchase and the time frame in which they were produced and delivered to me. Hassle free and customer service was very easy to work with on the front end. :)”

“I ordered three blinds in Deluxe Bamboo Shade Group A in color Arinos. I'm very happy with them. The blackout liner looks great and the blinds add such warmth to our room. I was also pleasantly surprised that the full blinds had a little more dimension (almost tortoiseshell) than the samples allude, so that made me happy. Also there was a slight chip and the cord was tangled on one of them, and customer service responded right away and sent a new one.! Definitely recommend and will order again!”
