“I ordered over $1,000 worth of the bamboo shades from Blindster using their website and taking my own measurements. Everything went well. Talked with customer service a couple of times about some minor misunderstandings on my part. Overall very pleased with Blindster!”

“I was excited to recive my blinds. There was the box big orange sticker stating that hardware was enclosed. Open the box and there they were the two blinds I ordered; both of them with big orange stickers on them stating "Hardware Enclosed" open them up and there is no hardware. Contacted customer service and asked them to send out the hardware overnight...LOL it took them 3 days to respond and all they said was the they informed the manufacture of the issue. I haven't seen any hardware or heard from anybody since. This will be the last time I order from Blindster, there are too many others out there to get the same product and better customer service. You would think since they are getting the product from another manufacturer that they could at least be the best in customer service. Anyway, I ended up buying my own hardware and installing them.”

Eric, I am so sorry for the delay in communication and receiving your hardware. You should've had that delivered with your blinds and since they weren't I apologize. We hope to reduce errors such as this in the future and hope that we can show you how great the ordering process with Blindster can be.
