“The blind I ordered is much greener, and less tortise, than any of the samples I received. This has given me pause about whether to continue with other purchases as I have a whole house of blinds to buy. Blindster has great prices and the bamboo shade is of great quality but the samples aren't representative. Glad I only bought one blind, but now what to do??”

I'm sorry you are not happy with your bamboo shades. Because the bamboo shades are made from all natural materials in the natural state the colors can vary slightly. I will contact you directly to determine if the blinds were made correctly. The factory will remake your blinds at no charge if they were not made according to specifications. You also have the option of returning the blinds under our Satisfaction Guarantee for a full refund of the cost of the blinds.

“I order bamboo blinds for my glass doors. The diameter of the top roller was bigger on one end than the other, causing the valance to be uneven. I have sent these back for inspection at the warehouse but told this is likely how they are made. I have been waiting for resolution and need blinds on my doors as soon as possible. I will be requesting a refund and ordering from another company due to poor customer service and lack of follow up. Also, due to poor product.”

“Although the adjustment-tugger doesn't work very well, these blinds looks excellent in my kitchen. I just wish they would raise and descend easily and evenly.”
