I'm sorry you aren't totally happy with your shades. One very different feature for bamboo shades is that they are made out of all natural materials (reeds, bamboo, twine, etc.). The fabrics are guaranteed to hold up under our lifetime warranty. But I do agree that some fabrics are sturdier than others.

“Installation would have been much easier but the company forgot to send the hardware and we had to go out an get hand ware to install. It takes at least two people to install due to how heavy it was and the length of our window. Blinds look amazing and work great for what we needed.”

“Unless I missed something in the details, the blind was made too short in width. I ordered an exact 27' and a half width and received a 27". The half inch would have made it perfect. If the company was making some kind of adjustment, they would have let me know and I would have ordered a 28". I kept the blinds anyway... it was just for a bathroom.”

I'm sorry your blinds didn't come as expected. We recommend that you use the window opening width (smallest of the width measurements at the top, middle & bottom of the window) when ordering inside mount blinds. All factories that make window coverings for us (and all factories that I am aware of in the United States) take a width deduction when making blinds/shades to be mounted inside the window. For horizontal blinds the normal deduction is 1/2 inch. I will contact you directly to see if you want to get a new blind under our Fit or Free Policy. Thank you for your understanding.

“It look absolutely nothing like the color in the picture! I tried contacting customer service about this and they were extremely unhelpful. I had to return it and pay the return fee myself even though it was nothing like what I expected. I will never use this company again. I also returned the product weeks ago and still have not received my refund. Completely untrustworthy!”

I'm sorry you were so unhappy with your shades. The color images on our website are 100% correct in color when viewed in the original image that is loaded onto our site. However, the monitor used on your end will greatly affect what the color looks like. That is why we offer free samples of all of our products. Our Satisfaction Guarantee does require that you pay to ship the blinds back to us. We have already paid for the shades and will receive not compensation back from the factory. All return blinds are donated to Habitat for Humanity. This policy is clearly stated on our website and we require that customers acknowledge that they have read our policies before placing an order. I apologize for the confusion. I show that we did receive your shades back and that the refund for your order was processed yesterday. You should see it on your credit card statement in a day or two.
