“I inadvertently ordered the incorrect size blind for my window width, and even though this mistake was entirely mine, Blindster replaced the three shades as NO charge to me. I can't recall ever being so blown away by a company's customer service as I was in this instance. Great product, great customer service...I look forward to ordering my next set of shades/blinds from Blindester!”
