“The 4 cords that lift and lower the blinds , have a lot of slack or extra cord the hangs out in front on the room side of the blind. How do I get the slack out of the cords?? Peter J. Skrgic”

Peter, thank you for sharing your feedback! The extra cord you’re noticing is normal and allows the shade to raise and lower smoothly. While it may look like slack, those cords are needed for the proper function of your blind. Let us know if you have any further questions!
