“I wanted a shade that I would have privacy and still open my windows from the top and not obstruct the gorgeous views I have out my windows. These blinds were up in no time at all. They are not black out which is what I wanted but they have enough shade to mute a bright sun glare and the inside lights from the outside. I love them and the price is outstanding.”
