“I am so glad that I found and then jumped on ordering these shades! For years in the late afternoon it has been nearly unbearable on our porch on late afternoons during the summer. Now it is a pleasure to enjoy the outdoors without the sun beating us up.”

“The solar shade surpassed our expectations. It filters out the glare but not all the light. It looks great and was also easy to install (I did an inner mount with only drill and screwdriver). No problems with delivery, and the price was reasonable. The only possible weakness in the shade might be with the long-term durability of the hand-pull plastic gear and chain mechanism. I phoned to ask to purchase a backup just in case but was told that wasn't possible (?) and that the shade had a two-year warranty. (Easy to contact customer support by phone.) I have confidence the gear will last that long, Plan to keep the shade longer than that! But we're very happy with our purchase in every other respect. BTW I'm a real buyer, and this is a real review.”
