“We love our shades. We also have our house full or their indoor roller shades that have been amazing. Only issue I had was upon ordering the outdoor shade I tried to change the measurement 1 business day after I ordered and got some push back because it "may" have been in production. When they confirmed they could change the measurement, which was about an inch more, they advised they would need to charge me an additional $75 for the extra inch because it became a bulk item at that point. I declined the extra fee and had to go a few extra steps to make it work when I received it.”
