“The blinds arrived in good time and they were just what we expected! We installed them with no problems, and were very pleased with the way they looked and how they blocked the sun's powerful rays. We can use our patio much more often now and in greater comfort plus we can still see our yard through the blinds! Customer service was excellent. “All was as expected, however one of the shades has a bad mechanism in the roller so it fly's down when released and will not lock in one position. I called Blindsters and they offered to ship out a new mechanism and instructions to replace it. I am currently waiting on the replacement piece. Hopefully any day now!”

“Very happy with our Blindster blinds we ordered for our porch! We had been pricing options at the big box stores and they were much more expensive than what we paid with Blindster! We got the 3% closed shade and it blocks the sun so well! Much more comfortable to sit on our porch in the morning and not be "blinded"!!”

“Nice quality and nice appearance. I'm concerned that the plastic tensioners may not hold up but they are all working well now. They fit well. The installation was more challenging than the blinds but I got'er done.”

“The shades are up and looking and working great. One of the chains was broke but they sent us a replacement. My real beef is this: we had 7 shades and when ordering them I had to give each one a nickname. Since they all were different sizes by 1/8 of an inch it would make installation easy because of the nickname. When it shades can they did not have the nickname in the shade. We figured it out but it was an irritation.”

“Our son and daughter-in-law told us about these blinds. We bought them for our lanai as our lanai faces east and we get the morning sun. The blinds make a huge difference. We can now once again sit on the lanai and drink our morning coffee. I would strongly recommend them. We are totally satisfied.”
