“Our Blind is a great product and does exactly what we want. But installation was a nightmare, and required having a customer service agent (Karen) on the phone with us for nearly an hour. The problem turned out to be sloppy, poor assembly of the beaded cord that raises/lowers the blind-perhaps because of the addition of the valance. We wound up having to totally dissemble the blind to fix the factory's mistake. The agent said we were the second customer with the same frustrating problem that morning. She offered to have a new one made and shipped, but we had the porch torn up and wanted to get it installed. Also, the directions are poorly written, and do not explain the differences between the valance installation and non-valance installation. We still don't know how to anchor the beaded poll--despite help from the agent. Frustrating!! However, we love being able to get an outdoor blind custom-made, and may order another. Please, please enforce better quality control at the factory, and please, please re-work the instructions. BTW: pricing was fair because of a nearly 50% off sale, otherwise, not so much.”

“Got 3 shades for our screened porch. Ordering was easy, and straight forward. I had a question and customer service was helpful, professional, and friendly. Got my shades and installation was straight forward with no bad surprises. We really appreciate the difference our new shades have made this summer.”

“We had an awkward semi open exposed portion of our covered porch which needed something to block the view in, but didn't want to close in the space. Your exterior blind provided us with the perfect option for any mood, function or level of privacy needed. The cassette retractor option gives the shade a very custom look. Easy to install and easy to operate. We love this shade!”
