“end caps broken on arrival. Emailed customer service and received no response. simple solution of sending new caps to replace broken ones. Indication that service after the sale not important.”

“After measuring and worrying and talking to the Blindster company on the phone, I ordered the exterior solar shades. I wish I had gotten the womans nameon the phone but she was soooo patient and reassuring. I hired someone to install only because it was being mounted into cement. I save at least $300 over a discount store. I would use them again”

“Replaced the faux "plastic " blinds from when I moved in. They look wonderful, and less expensive than anything local.”

“After searching for our back porch for something that was not thousands of dollars, I found these. They work perfectly. I only wish I got cordless if it were available. The space for installation takes about an inch more than the blind size because the chain is on the side. I think it would take less space w/o the chain, but not sure. I still love them and they work perfectly to cut the sun down on the porch.”
