“The blinds are very nice, but one had to be operated a few times to work out...?...something. The install instructions were lacking and there were no YouTube videos for these particular blinds, so that was a thing.”

“I was pretty excited when they came and excited to hang them up. You're written instructions were horrendous and really didn't cover much at all. I went online and looked it up and got better instruction there but still was disappointed. I put up blinds before so I wasn't totally in the dark on that. When I did get them up finally they worked great except that there's a rough spot in my cord and I'm afraid it's going to wear out and break. I do use them because it's in my bedroom and I like to shut them at night and open them in the morning.”
