“I am quite displeased that your website displayed no substantial view of the blind release mechanism, nor did I see any mention or view of the closed height of the blind. As many of your customers are coming from the shorter corded versions that would be useful. Visually they are nowhere near as nice as the blinds they replaced. They block about 2 inches of the window, top or bottom.”

“I just hung my new blinds in my Grandson's bedroom. They look perfect and they were so easy to order and install. All light if filtered out when pulled down. This is my 4th time purchasing from Blindster & couldn't be happier with the results!”

“I love everything about the shades, but not fond of the release button to put the shades up and down. They are in the spare bedroom and it worries me that people will just try to pull them down without pressing the button and break them. Suggest a warning label added to the bottom rail.”

“My 2nd order with your company it was missing a set of brackets the response and shipping time was not adequate. I still haven't received the.brackets and my blind has not been hung. Slow customer service response as well..”

“I received my new shades in just a couple of weeks. I love the button in the middle that you press to go up or down. On my previous one, I had to hold both sides and pull it up and pull it down.”
