Not happy with the way the cordless shades go up. They are VERY slow and keep bending. It takes two hands, one to lift and one to stiffen to make it go up. Am considering returning them for boarded ones

I'm sorry that you are having problems with your cordless shades. The cordless cellular shades are designed to be self-correcting. To reset your cordless shades: Lower the shade down to its full height. Firmly hold the bottomrail with both hands and pull it towards you (away from the back of the window at an angle). Quickly and firmly pull down (popping) on the bottomrail 3 or 4 times. Raise and lower the shade, repeat as necessary. These steps should reset the cordless motors in the headrail so that the shade will raise and lower properly. If these steps do not work, please let us know and we will remake or repair the shades as needed. I will contact you to make sure this gets resolved.

The only problem encountered was that the head band was not properly glued down when opened.I had to repeatedly press the head band material down to make it stick

The customer service department was very helpful and expedited samples of cellular shades as I was uncertain of the colors and quality of different catagories. The blinds were delivered in the promised time and I was very pleased with the quality. I would not hesitate to order again.

The parts are few, the instructions are clear, little to go wrong. However, you need the parts to do the install. On my last order the 12 mounting screws were omitted. Not a deal-breaker, but inconvenient all the same. A quick trip to the hardware store and the blinds were up.

Heard about Blindster through a friend and thought "why not give them a try". My husband measured the windows and we went online. The online process was so easy and we both love the blinds. We can't wait to replace some others in our house.

Due to the trim around the window portion of the door, I ordered extension brackets. The incorrect ones were sent per the package insert. Later the correct one were sent. We wanted a lower tie down on the shade to keep from banging when opening and closing the door. The lower tie downs arrived with the shade, but the shade didn't have any hole at the bottom to attach the tie down. I had to drill the holes in the lower portion of the shade which should have been done at the factory.
