“Your product is beautiful and easy to install, but I'm not happy with the header being white. I think you should think about making it the same color as the blinds. The blinds are beautiful, but looking up and seeing that white header just doesn't seem to give it an all over finished look. My husband says they were very easy to install, and we will see this winter if they make a difference in the temperature of the room. So far, my only complaint is that unfinished look of the header. That was very disappointing to me.”

I'm sorry you were disappointed with your shades. One of your shades should have had a white headrail but the other shades in the Forest color should have a green headrail. I will contact you directly to take care of this issue. Thank you for your patience.

“Your radio ads boast of putting service above profits. Admirable but not true. Maybe I'm the only one that doesn't work bankers hours. No one available on weekends to answer questions. My blinds arrived and my son and I were installing them when we noticed there were no holes for the hold down brackets. I called and left my number for call back but didn't hear back for days. When I did receive a call I was working. I told them the problem and they said they would send me what I needed. It wasn't right either. Long story short, I was not pleased with the inability to get help when I needed it,and not have to wait days.”

“This was a pleasant surprise. Four shades of this size would have been $920 at the store. We paid $323 at Blindster. I don't know how the quality compares, but these are nice.”
