“Initially concerned about the fabric header. As the was not fully attached. They also were a little stucky/gummy on the very top of the rails. Easy to install. Look good.”

“I installed these blinds, not for the light filtering capability, but for the fact that they had a pull cord. These were installed to provide a view barrier / privacy between rooms. Installed easily (old blinds were a PAIN to take down, though! :D ). Measurement was easy, too. Installation a breeze for even one person. Mark, drill, screw, clip. I installed 6 of these, so after doing the first one, the other 5 were a breeze. I highly recommend these shades and Blindster.com - great product, great company.”

“I purchased the cellular blinds. Everything about them is very nice, except the film tape that is adhered to the top rail to protect it. The tape is so stuck to the rail and very difficult to get off. It also leaves a sticky film on the rail that I could not get off. This needs to be improved.”

I'm sorry you are having a problem with your cellular shade. The cordless cellular shades come with a headrail that has a color-coordinated fabric coating the is applied with adhesive. This fabric is protected (to keep it clean) with a clear plastic cover hat easily peals off after installation. I am concerned that you have pealed off the fabric that is supposed to be attached to the headrail. I will contact you right away so we can get this corrected.

“The cordless shades were perfectly cut and function flawlessly. However, there were mounting issues: 1 Plastic hold-down brackets cracked and broke during installation. 2 End caps for hold down shades not drilled to accept hold down pin. 3. Colored plastic fascia on head rail has exposed glue that traps dust, insects, etc. 4. Mounting screws were 3/4" too short and would not pass through wall board into wood. Bottom line, mounting the shades was a challenge but they are beautiful and function perfectly.”

“I purchased 8 shades for my condo and I'm very satisfied. I checked the description and purchased the shades with the metal header and I'm glad I did. Nice weight to the top down bottom up. Fit great, look nice. Would recommend”

“Love the blinds but not truly blackout as advertised. Of course, since they are a light color, I didn't really believe they would be blackout. The cordless, tend to not necessarily hold their position when closed at first, but after some stretching and time they work well.”
